After subscribing you will be sent a "Welcome" letter from our central admin manager within 2-3 weeks (often sooner), and this will show which period your subscription covers. In some cases, where we have run out of stock, you may also experience a delay from when your subscription issues begin.

In all cases, you will receive a letter from us confirming your subscription and entry on our database, along with your subscription number (please quote this number on all inquiries).
