Ordinarily orders received before are dispatched within five working days and should arrive within seven further working days to UK based addresses, however this may be impacted by inclement weather or action by our couriers which we are not responsible for.
If an issue arises with items in stock and we cannot supply your order we will notify you as soon as possible with regard to an alternative option or a full refund.
The price of your purchase will be confirmed at the end of the transaction. You will be informed of any delivery charges and the timescale for receipt of your goods or services.
You will receive an email or postal confirmation of your transaction.
Delivery will be as specified within the individual webpages or via the checkout process prior to any purchase. Currently we don’t charge for delivery within the UK.
The Pagan Federation shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods or services you have ordered, or any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
