The Pagan Federation is aware of the piece in today’s Sun newspaper about Beltane celebrations.
The piece perpetuates false and negative stereotypes which could lead to the inciting of religiously motivated discrimination against Pagans and their practices.
We will not tolerate this attack on Paganism and as such, will be taking our complaint to both the police and press complaints as well as to the editor of The Sun.
Our mission is to counter misinformation with education, to root out discrimination, and ensure our right to the same legal and moral protections as any other faith.
